Since opening its doors in June 1924, Gleneagles has been one of Scotland’s most iconic hotels and sporting estates. They approached Catch with the brief to create a best-in-class, innovative website experience, which inspires visitors both new & repeat through a smart, personalised content experience on Gleneagles’ offering, increasing customer lifetime value.
Our concept was to make booking a week experience away as simple as having a 1 on 1 conversation. We mapped out 3 simple questions that users could answer in minutes to allow them to build their own custom package. The overall interface was kept to the overall simple style of the brand while adding smooth and subtle animations for an elegant feel.
Overall this concept allowed the users to quickly get an overview of everything that Gleneagles can offer, by giving each user a bespoke experience, leading to quicker conversion each time.
